- Pale straw colour with green nuances
- Ripe fruit bouquet, (above all apricots) with exotic fruit
and a honeyed spicy nose
- Round, full, persistent and long lasting palate
- Extremely complex wine suitable for long ageing

Pleasantly twinned with hors d’oeuvres, fish and shellfish
dishes
Perfect with cheeses, above all goat’s cheeses.
